Ordering

1. How can I place an order on Store?

To place an order on Store, you can browse through our selection of products and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to the checkout page, where you will be asked to enter your shipping and payment information. After reviewing and confirming your order, you can click the “Place Order” button to complete the transaction.

2. Is it possible to make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We apologize, but unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the shipping address, payment information, or the items in the order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Do you provide gift wrapping or gift messages?

We are sorry, but currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages on our orders.

Shipping

1. Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped from the United States.

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Our processing time for orders is 0-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 4-5 business days.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

4. Do you offer expedited shipping options?

We regret to inform you that at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We are sorry, but currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

3. What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.

4. Do you cover the cost of return shipping?

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Cancellation

2. What if my order has already shipped?

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may return the item within 28 days of the purchase date for a refund.
